Nick DeRaimo, President/Estimator
With 30 years of experience working as a carpenter, Nick brings a tremendous wealth of expertise to New England Building Company’s projects. Nick started at a young age learning his craft from a true master, his father. His desire to create both a successful family business and an ethical contracting company became the foundation for one of the most well respected building companies in Rhode Island.
John DeRaimo, Vice-President
John’s goal to use his 30 years of experience in construction and the desire to provide our customers with the best possible craftsmanship and customer service, ensures our customers that we will achieve the highest level of craftsmanship as well as understanding our customers needs. Our employees are provided with the most up to date tools and technologies, and many of them have been with us for years. In a business where it is hard to find people you can trust, John’s ethics and integrity are second to none.
Paul - Lead Carpenter
For the past twenty years Paul has strived to make carpentry not just his job but his passion. Once described as a true craftsman, Paul has taken this art to a new level. Paul is a perfectionist and can overcome any issues that may arise on the job site. He takes the reins when a job requires only the best!
Steve - Carpenter
Steve came to work for New England Building while he was still in high school. Interested in the construction trades, he worked as an apprentice during summer vacations. Upon his graduation, he came to work for full time. His guidance under Nick, John and Paul has made him into a fine carpenter. His attention to detail marks him above the rest, especially when it comes to meticulous tasks like tile.
Renee-Office Manager
Sarah -Project Manager
Renee handles the finances, project budgets and overall management of the company. She deals with customers and adjusters during more complex projects and makes estimate revisions when needed. It is her main goal to get your project completed efficiently and to your satisfaction with the help of the project manager.
Sarah is here to coordinate projects from start to finish with the guidance of the rest of the team. She handles scheduling the work to be done, material ordering, job records and communication with adjusters. When the others are out on job sites, Sarah holds down the fort and keeps the office running smoothly.
